Party Rental Contract for the

THE MAIN PLACE

1.    The Rental cost is $25.00/hour, with a 4 hour limit

2.    1 parent chaperone for every 5 children over the age of 6 and 1 parent chaperone for every 3 children under the age of 6 is mandatory

3.    Set-up and Clean up required to be done by the chaperones

4.    Children must pay per use for video games and tables

5.    Parents will be required to pay for any damages incurred to building and/or equipment that occurs during their rental period

6.    Parents and chaperones must supply their own change for games (Quarters and Loonies)

7.    Included in the rental is the use of the gym area, basketballs and nets, the Games Room and the use of the video games and tables, the kitchen and all appliances and the FREE games room and quiet room

8.    Pop and chips can be purchased from THE MAIN PLACE at a cost of  $10 per 24 cans of pop and $20 per 42 variety case of chips . (Total for 1 case of each - $30)
