    All Star Boot Camp

Let the FUN begin.

ALL campers are PRIVATES.

ALL coaches are SERGEANTS.

"Got that PRIVATE?"

"Yes, Sarge!"

Overview
A "no-frills" and "no-excuses" boost to one's fitness regime.  The Boot Camp is exactly what the name implies - disciplined, intense training, yet still managing to interject fun into the physically challenging days!

Always tons of fun.

We vary the specific locations from time to time. Taking the Boot Camp all around Erin Village. These mini-trips are generally half day to a full day of fun. We hike to one of our many local attractions... living in Erin is such a bonus... Along the way we'll enjoy the challenge and the scenery.

Boot camp refers mainly to military style recruit training and the initial induction and instruction given to new military personnel. The term originally referred specifically to United States Marine Corps initial training, but recently has been commonly used to refer to any Military initial training and Fitness camps.

This program is a rigorous one, not intended as a baby sitting service. This camp will rely on discipline, attitude and effort. The camper/private must be prepared to work as hard as she or he possibly can as soon as she/he arrives. We feel the number one vital component in success of the game of life is internal discipline.

Naturally, we expect many of the Privates to be somewhat less than highly physically fit, so we will provide more than adequate "cake eating", i.e. snack break times.

We do not claim to be this professional, we like fun for kids too much…

Running shoes are required.

Rain, extreme summer heat, and private fatigue can all lead to a video being shown at any time in our camps.  Sample videos used include: Sandlot, The Big Green, Kicking and Screaming. Like Mike, A Kid In King Arthur's Court, Rebound, etc.
